Allen & Heath SQ five ?

A dumb and dirty page about new SQ 5  A&H digital mixer.. Only for me and future analysis.

Nous attendons le plus de "retour d'expéwience" sur la créature.

Wunderbar.

I'd suggest you to go that route (with the SQ).

The qu is a nice little mixer that is easy to use, but it's limited and with the SQ you'll get better processing, still very easy (or even easier) to navigate and could get the dLive stagebox (since probably on the budget of the C class). Very easy to build your preferred workflow and navigate the console the way YOU need/want.

I mean with that budget I don't know anything that will be even remotely comparable quality wise.. it's a big difference between this and the competition imho.

(Yamaha is a standard because they were pioneers in the very early years, but they never sounded very good and in 2018 their processing is laughable as their pricing for what they offer. I admit that is a rather easy/logical console to use though.
Behringer/Midas with their x32/m32 offers a lot of features for a relatively small price, but it's cheaply made, quite unintuitive/not practical to use..
The small Soundcrafts sounds ok, imho not at A&H level, but their workflow and routing is not really intuitive, plus is limited in the processing.
I'd avoid them if I could, plus the A&H processing sounds better, the preamps too imho).

Just my 0.02$,

Thanks a lot (et garonne)
